  1. Entry to Random Number Membership lottery is offered to those patrons who sign up for a Midnight Shift Membership Card (which is numbered) and who attend our Random Number Drawer night twice a week, proposed Sunday and Wednesday nights.
  2. Drawer time would be before 2200 on both proposed nights
  3. Winners will have up to 4 minutes from initial drawer to claim their prize
  4.  A start up amount of $500.00 will be the amount of the prize
  5. Lottery to be conducted from 29 April 2012 – 12 April 2013
  6. Final Prize to allocate to closest number to winning number.
