The candidate should have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, be RSA, RCG qualified, have a basic understanding of the Liquor Act NSW and hotel law.
The candidate should also possess excellent cash handling, operational and staff mentoring skills

International DJ Justin Ryan made his DJ’ing debut at Midtown New York City’s popular dance club, The Ritz. Justin was the creator and resident DJ for Sinful Sundays. His unique house sounds combined with mainstream genre caught the ear of the National Task Force of Winter Party Miami, where he became a part of the Out In Parks Summer Tour.
